10 Minutes – 20 Minutes 
Dr Bill explains the approach for his new book that came out of the pandemic and his own journey to learn more about himself. He explains how his book is about people making sure they have no regret in life.

20 Minutes – 30 Minutes
We learn about Dr Bill’s strong belief that we don’t have to live in our regrets and how he considers himself a walking experience. The group talks about negative thoughts and how to switch regret into something productive. Dr Bill shares how people have to get a set of skills to learn how to regulate their emotions. We all need to think about the challenge of being a human being. 

30 Minutes – 40 Minutes
The group talks about how we need to train ourselves to be better.

Dr. Bill’s resilience has been challenged time and again, yet he’s managed to achieve success in the academic and professional worlds. Through adversity and setbacks, he has learned nothing comes easily. For example, Bill took four years to become a starter at Acadia University, where he won “Most Improved Player.”

His challenges ranged from adoption, failing the 2nd grade, and navigating life with ADHD, Dyslexia, Trauma, and Anxiety. Bill understands the daily struggle of being a human being.

Bill’s life experiences have shaped his approach to working with employees, leaders, and employers to improve psychological health and safety in the workplace. He has a deep passion for evidence-based outcomes and applies a Plan – Do – Check – Act approach to all his work.
